Balboa Water – Tenant Improvement

We are excited to be working on another tenant improvement of an existing single-story industrial building project in Costa Mesa, CA. The work includes a full-height non-structural demising wall and new non-bearing partition walls. We will also be updating finishes, new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other necessary work throughout!
