College Prep Middle School

A little over a year ago, we broke ground on the College Prep Middle School project in San Diego. We are excited to announce that the project has reached completion. This project included the demo of an existing church, re-grading the site to accommodate the new footprint, parking lot improvements, and stormwater detention. In addition, construction of a two-story wood frame and stucco, slab on grade Charter school finished out the project. Two street lights and a 4-way stop sign to the intersection where the project is located were also included. Check out more information and photos on our client’s website.
