Sets Family Restaurant

The Sets Family Restaurant, located in San Marcos, CA, is coming soon. This 4,220 square foot project is a tenant improvement for a restaurant of a newly finished shell building. A kitchen, cooking hood and exhaust, a grease interceptor, non-bearing walls, and ADA compliant restrooms are all part of the addition to the existing building. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work are included.
