Burgeon Beer Co.

R&R partnered with Burgeon Beer Company for construction of their new 9,925 SF craft beer production facility and tasting room in Carlsbad, CA. This project, the first of several future phases, includes a 15BBL steam brew-house system with 30BBL and 15BBL fermenters, boiler room, and cold storage. The tasting room reflects the Burgeon Beer brand with natural concrete floors, up cycled steel elements and feature repurposed 15’ tree, and live-edge cedar slab bar, seating and tables were all harvested and milled by the Burgeon partners themselves.
