College Prep Middle School

The College Prep Middle School project included the demolition of an existing church, re-grading the site to accommodate the new footprint, parking lot improvements, stormwater detention, tree wells with structural soil to improve storm water filtration. Off-site work included new street lights, a 4-way intersection and new sidewalks. In addition, construction of a two-story slab on grade, wood frame, stucco finished, metal roof and large storefront complete with steel canopies finished out the project. R&R team partnered with the school in the design phase and during construction to incorporate the needs of this quickly growing Charter school.
