In amidst some of San Diego’s most popular breweries, restaurants, fitness centers and shops, we constructed a 3-story apartment and commercial complex building. The North Park project houses 24 apartments (1-2 bedrooms) and a commercial tenancy space, with limited parking spots, to encourage it’s residents to be more physically active in their daily lives.
