Schur Star Systems

We’ve partnered again with Schur Star Systems for a project in Oceanside, California. We finished construction the 5,469 SF tenant improvement for a food packaging business. This project included structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, gas lines, install of laminating and print press machines among many others. We installed an RTO piece of equipment that will clean and filter any toxic fumes produced by the machines. We also installed water chilling pipes, units and a 20-foot tall metal screen to protect the RTO equipment.
