Umami Sushi

In the heart of the North City complex that sits across from California State University San Marcos, we constructed an authentic Japanese restaurant. The restaurant was designed and built to allow its customers to enjoy the cultural cross over through a modern Californian take on traditional Japanese cuisine. The project included construction a kitchen, bar, walk-in coolers and freezer, patio and interior dining and restrooms.
